About Our Office
We are a South Carolina-based firm which, since 2013, has been advising businesses and individuals across the food and beverage industry. We actively serve many craft breweries, wineries, cideries, meaderies, distributors, retailers, and restaurants across the Southeast, including numerous ones in-planning. Our office helps these businesses comply with applicable state and federal business and employment laws, as well as assists in the areas of corporate formation, contracts, federal and state compliance, formula and label approval, state and federal licensing, and in protecting intellectual property and trade secrets and any other curveballs thrown their way.
BBL is not a typical law firm. We are an office that believes in blue jeans, dogs, bluegrass music, hard work, passion, and creating lasting partnerships and friendships with our clients.
